I put a new starter in my Lexus and now it wont start and if it does try too..It wont stay started whats wrong?

isnt this just general diagnotic /repair... not a tutorial... wrong section i think.


but to get he ball rolling... was the starter motor new?

make sure it is earthed and powered well... it should be giving it a good go.. no strugling to turn the engine over.

also listen to make sure it disengaging and not getting stuck out.

Yes the starter is new ...and it only trys to start like its not getting gas or something its werid and it does turn it over but wont stay started

nothing was unplugged during it installation.. airflow meter spark plugs... no vacume leaks... could be many things..
