    On the '98 LS400 OBDII port, The U.S. version I believe has 4 wires going to it 4,5,7 & 16 and the Australian version has 5 wires 4,7 9,13 & 16. Does anybody know why this is and whats different about it ? I recently bought a code reader/scanner and i think this is why it doesn't work properly...
