A solid looking set up Clayton. Turns out my issues is just VVTi being noisy as it's not currently activated. A mates stock VVTi will do the same from time to time as they are very viscosity sensitive apparently...phew :)

Neither deb in nor loctite will handle the abuse and the shim is supposed to rotate as well to even wear (same for the bucket). How big are the cams and what redline are you looking at? It would have to be pretty extreme to cause issues? An n/a engine I assume?

Glad you weren't bent along with the car. That's racing I guess but an unfortunate end to a weapon car :( So nothing much UZ about the engine any more ?
